Sustainability in Packaging 2011: Case Studies in Sustainable Packaging

The Pira International's fifth annual Sustainability in Packaging conference is scheduled for February 22-24, 2011 in Orlando, FL, USA. As the most comprehensive conference and showcase of its kind, Sustainability in Packaging 2011 will feature more than 50 leading companies with real case studies covering all aspects of sustainability, from materials, groundbreaking design, supply chain challenges, marketing messages, consumer demand and other drivers of sustainable innovation to strategic vision of how sustainability fits with a company's overall image and where to go next.

A fully customizable agenda so that attendees can create an agenda focused on what matters most to them, whether it is end of life concerns; innovations in materials and design, extended producer responsibility or the latest industry case studies.

I will attend this conference and give a speech entitled: “Case Studies: Functional and Sutainable Paper-based Packaging” where I will present our latest Case Studies in Sustainable Packaging.

You find here my talk entitled: “Bio-coatings for corrugated boxes:bio-resin and water-based coatings” given last November 3-5, 2010, in Chicago for the RISI’S 14th International Containerboard Conference.
